  • Can I be in therapy and coaching at the same time?

    • As stated, an individual can benefit from both coaching and therapy depending on their needs. At high level, it is possible to use these services concurrently. More specifically, this would depend on what work is being done with each service.

  • How long does a coaching session last?

    • Sessions are scheduled in 30 minute intervals.

  • Are the sessions in person?

    • Due to COVID-19, all sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom. In-person sessions may become an option in the future.

  • Why is it recommended that I do a package instead of a single session?

    • Life is complex and it’s highly unlikely that one session will provide desired results. Because the work of coaching is a continuous effort, packages are available to provide the option to come back for additional sessions at a discount.

  • How do the packages work?

    • Clients have the option of purchasing 2, 3, or 4 sessions per month for a 3-month period. Unused sessions can be carried over to the next month. The pricing is structured to offer a lower per-session cost when sessions are more frequent. The package rate will be automatically billed on a monthly basis with the installment payment option. An upfront payment option also exists, where the entire session package is secured in one payment with an additional cost savings. Clients can purchase additional packages at their option.

  • How many sessions will it take for me to see results?

    • There is no set number of sessions. Outcomes strictly depend on what challenges clients are facing and their specific effort towards resolution.
